The biggest reason why people hesitate trusting online stores and placing orders on them, is that they think what will happen if they receive a defective item? Or imagine getting a product you no longer want due to some reason and want to replace it with another one? In this case, most online stores fail. But luckily here at Blade Kingdom, we got your back all the time. Following is our returns and exchange policy written in plain English so you don’t get confused and have full confidence.

Returns & Exchange Policy

The customer will be entitled for a return or exchange if

  • The received item in its original condition and unopened
  • And, if the item is not the same as the picture or there is any issue with the item.
  • The return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer no matter what the issue is.
  • The customer should contact us within 14 days of order placement to apply for return/exchange.

Defective item

If the received item is defective, faulty, broken, its not our fault as each item is carefully inspected before dispatching it. But its possible that the fault is of courier’s. in this case, you will first have to lodge a complaint with the courier and then send us the reference number. Then we’ll proceed further and send you the replacement item. Note that by default, we insure all the items before dispatching therefore, the complaint procedure is extremely important for us. Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
