All items are dispatched within 24 hours from the time of order placement. If the item is out of stock, we’ll inform you by an email so you can decide whether to wait till order gets instock again, get a refund or swap the item for another. Note that our experienced QC staff will check the item thoroughly before dispatching it so you shouldn’t panic about it. And we will also send you a tracking code after you have placed the order on our site.
Shipping Method will be chosen depending on your locale. We always decide the best for our valuable customers and that is why we prefer economical, reliable and quick service.
The shipping fee will be charged on the total parcel’s weight and your locale. It could be different for different countries. To check your shipping charges, simply add the product(s) to your cart, go to cart page and enter your address. You will be shown your applicable shipping charges.
Note that we will not charge you any additional handling/duty charges. But if your custom requires you to pay some extra amount for the parcel to be collected, we will not have any responsibility nor any share in such an amount. It only depends on locale.
Shipping Time period is usually 4 – 5 working days. The same goes for international parcels too. If for some reason your item gets late, please do not panic and track your item via the provided tracking code. If you still do not get any suitable results, contact us and we will try our best to locate the parcel for you. Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
